Chef Anj wanted people to get a feel for Ikigai before they'd ever been in. That turned into a campaign of films and photos made in the restaurant.
This film launched their frozen ramen. It opens on Anj in the kitchen, follows a bowl of tonkotsu from start to finish, and ends with the frozen pack sliding in next to the finished bowl. It's done better on their Instagram than anything else we've made for them.
